YEAH ^^ am just back from HKG too .. wondergirl did a great re-cap! Am a big big kyu bias here by the way. And its my FIRST time seeing any of them LIVE!!!But i din get to take much FC/Pict coz the guards were around most of the time and my cam isn't that wonderful in capturing shots!
Really thankful to jennifer, tingting and HKTS who helped me get the tickets. I was on the right side of the stage, 2nd row and seat #18 (its my lucky number forever coz its not only my birthdate, i also got a chance for the handshake ^^). Thanks again to Jenn for giving me the lucky seat ... MUCKZ!!!
I do love the fact that the 6 clubs all came together to get this FM going and they were all handing out their cards specially printed for the event. Really, AMAZING! We gotta do likewise when our boys are in SG!!!
Lemme see if i can add any acct (building onto wondergirl's acct, if u dun mind) based on my aging memory:
When YS did his picture poses, he actually started by saying he is recently not into self-cam anymore, probably want to 'escape' from the request. He gave tips on how to do it. One of the tip was to cover abit of the face so as to appear more cool ^^ and he followed that with his right hand covering a side of his face. Pretty sexy
And Kyu performed Never Let U Go after YS (i think...cant rem the sequence)
During the cooking session, they were given a pot of tea, a pot of coffee, bread and toaster. Kyu started by smelling into the 2 pots, trying to identify what they were. YS did likewise thereafter.
- YS was cute with the toaster, he covered the toaster while the bread were in it. The translator said he covered up coz the weather is cold, dun wan the bread to catch cold (?!) But based on my interpretation of his actions, I thot he covered up coz the weather is cold, the bread is taking too long to toast and he dun wan the bread to turn black b4 getting well toasted .. but well
-There was music being played during the whole and kyu was dancing to it the whole time ..so playful and fun.
- The part where Kyu choked on his own bread was when he took a bite of his toast and said its nice. The MC says to let fans have a bite from that piece too. He was chewing on his bread and translator told him what the MC said and that's when he started to choked =P
- YS gestured to the cam to focus on him pouring milk over the drinks, he probably wanna do cappuccino style.
- Kyu mentioned that he likes toast and does it often so wont lose Both were blowing their own horns on how they will win.
- YS's toast were actually uncut and when he saw kyu's being cut into half (triangle) and feeding the fans, YS went back to his toast and started cutting too... Kyu went to YS and was behaving like "how can u cheat?"
- Kyu not only fed the fans with toast, even the yingyang drink, he fed them! And he made the fans ate at least 2 bites of the toast coz he says one bite cant taste much =P
- The 3rd girl who was fed, received a bear hug from kyu! Kyu says coz she looks like she is going to cry after eating his toast! The girl speaks korean I think coz throughout the whole time she on stage, she was talking quite a fair bit with kyu (envy!!)
- Frankly, the toast looks extremely SWEET coz looking at the amt of sweetened milk, jam, sugar on top!
- I am not sure abt this but i think kyu prepared only 3 cups of drinks. And I saw him sipping from one when YS was feeding the fans. So I guess our Kyu actually drank from one of the cups that he fed the girls with?!Too thirsty?
- Kyu also drank YS's and commented it tasted better than his (kyu)
- When YS lost, he came down my side of the stage and handed out the leftover toast to the front row fans ^^ the girl in front of me got it. She and her fren are big big YS fans! And yesh, they shared the toast around too
- The punishment was to choose from 2 herbal tea. YS smelt them and chose the one which I suppose smell better. Kyu for duno what reason took the other tea and yesh, he turned away to drink. If am not wrong its some kind of good manners (the Korean teaching).
YS's LLT. Actually it took me quite a while to realize its English! I was actually listening to it and realized he is not singing for certain portions (coz this was originally a 5-man song mah). Only till the first chorus then I realized the lyrics he was singing sounds different! Its really a good surprise ^^ so far YS has done @ least 1 surprise performance for us for each of the FM. And the dance was re-choreographed and he added the s-line dance
The 2nd video YS prepared was YS going baseball matches and it showed his homerun ^^ The cameraman asked him if he loved his fans. He was so shy shy when he replied, not really looking at the cam! The video also has kyu in lotteworld and it ended with him singing never let u go R&B style, wearing his red hoodie. In the video he pulled the hoodie to cover his entire face while singing it. Towards the end of this video, the fans in the middle aisle were all gathered near the barricades, waiting for kyu's Wussup.
Kyu stayed off the stage for quite awhile during the 1st part of Wussup, but its the left side of the stage =( Not sure if anyone caught the FCam up close. He came over to my side of the stage for awhile too.. He was smiling thru'out the song, must be enjoying all of it ^^
The 3 fan-made videos. B4 the start, the MC said the videos were nice and touching. He said one of the boys is very prone to crying and asked who. Fans replied Kyu and MC says what about the other one. And I think some fans replied YS would just smile ^^
- 1st was by TS Idon if am not wrong, coz that's the credits after it. Its a cute, really cute one. The 2 of them were represented by a bear and an otter stuff toy, roaming the streets of HKG, teaching English and Cantonese =D
- 2nd was for YS and jenn sitting next to me says she seen it before on YT.
- 3rd is for Kyu by kyu's. it one of my fav songs. Goose Dream that kyu sang in the 1st Seoul persona concert. It was not included in the DVD and I've only managed to see that performance on 1 Fcam by kyu's on YT so far. Its a nice song, nice lyrics which fitted him a lot ^^
YS's long touching speech. The MC commented that the translator is good to be able to memorize the long address from YS and she told YS that. YS also nodded his head in agreement ^^ The girl really did a great job in translating coz it was a 2-way translation. The first girl who came only trans whatever the boys said in Korean to canton. But this girl trans whatever canton/chinese the MC/fans said to the boys which I think is great coz its more like a 2-way communication with them.
They gave out small gifts to the fans who did the fanvid and the bear/otter toys were handed out to the boys as souvenirs too. The boys then picked 2 lucky fans to give out handcream. Applied for them too ^^ The fan picked by YS sits in front of me and she is one big YS fan coz i see her with her YS banner thru'out the show. And she also got a handshake with them @ the end of the show
When YS says want to meet TS soon again (in HKG), I told Jenn I dun wan that! HAA.. coz it meant i will have to fly there to see them! I would rather they come to SG!!
Fans refused to leave after the Wings song. LLT was being played in the background and fans were singing along with it to bring the boys back on encore but well...to be fair to the rest of the fans in other FM, they cant have encore
Next is the handshake! I loitered around while the rest of the girls had left (we different directions anyway). Finally had chance to take pictures of the flower stands around. Wanted to go toilet but duno if I mite miss the announcement for the handshake so i loitered around. When I saw the Q to go back into the venue for the handshake, I joined it but asked if its ok to leave the Q for the ladies coz I really really need it (haa). When i re-join the Q I was the last few for the handshake. The HK girl behind me said its sad coz cant take picture. I have only 1 thought in my mind, its this Mission from Jennifer.
A few girls in front of me were giving the boys hugs and gifts were dropped into the boxes below the stage. A girl hanged a banner around kyu's neck I thought she really is well prepared ^^ (well for me coz i din know about my chance for handshake till I reached the venue, no gifts prepared.. haa)
- First was handshake with YS. I am amazed that I was able to look straight into both their eyes (haa, noonas are more composed i suppose?). YS was wearing his hat and when I said my lines (only thing I said to both of them) "Please come to Singapore" YS titled his head and he looks like he is processing my English and ended with a slight upward tilt of his mouth (i suppose it means my msg registered in his brain?). YS looks exactly the same on screen and face-2-face.
- Then is kyu. The girl before me was pushed away for hugging kyu and so the noona composure genes in me told me that I cant hug him le =P
- Kyu's face is really really really really small as compared to on screen! Really should put on more meat le (Mummy genes in me again). And i stared right into his eyes, saying the same words. He appeared less lost than YS (better command of English?) and hee... smiled ^^ (meltzzzz)
- Not sure if its coz of the table distance between them and fans during the handshake. They both din appear too tall or rather I should say I din really have to tilt my head too tall to look into their eyes
OK, hope I did not bore any of u out with my long winded post (30 yr-old aunty tends to be more lor soh). Hope i dun have to wait long to see the boys perform LIVE again ^^ I need to go and unpack my HKG barang now....
